Join us for an invasive species removal! We will be removing many invasive species from our adopted acre at Logan Springs Preserve. We will teach you how to identify what is native and what is invasive.
We will meet at Pack Rat and leave at 8:30 - you can carpool, or drive yourself.
Where: Logan Springs Preserve
When: 9:00am-12:00pm
Lunch: bring a lunch if you would like to have a picnic after!
Driving: You are welcome to carpool from Pack Rat with us, or meet at Logan Springs Preserve!
Wear durable, weather appropriate clothing (coat, rain jacket) and closed-toe shoes. If you have gardening/work gloves, those will help! Many of the tools/materials will be provided to remove these plants.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. Thank you for helping restore native life at Logan Springs Preserve!
