Chally joined Pack Rat in 1994, and has worn many hats over the 27 years she has been with the team. As General Manager, she believes the success of Pack Rat has come from many talented staff members and their passion for the outdoors, paired with quality products. One thing she is most proud of is the success and continued interest in the Women’s Backpack Clinics that she started in 1999. Outside of work, her time is spent outdoors backpacking, biking, kayak fishing, and gardening.
